Hi! I’m Siobhán. I started Higher Ground because I kept seeing strategy built around categories instead of people.
Too often, strategy starts with segments and data. But people don’t live inside labels. They make decisions inside real lives shaped by context, relationships, and culture.
I’ve spent more than 15 years leading brand and communications strategy for healthcare, advocacy and mission-led organizations. As a medical anthropologist in training, I find myself drawn to do deeper work. I want to help teams understand the people they serve and align around narratives that reflect that reality.
